Objective: How to log in to Duro in multiple ways.
Difficulty: Easy
In this article:
Duro includes multiple sign-in and credentialing methodologies, including direct credentialing through your account email, a Google-based authentication process, and Single Sign On (SSO). Two factor authentication (2FA) is not a method of signing in but rather a security measure to aid you in the sign-in process.
Direct email
Duro allows account login via the email address used to make your account.
- Navigate to the Duro Login page.
- Enter your account email and password.
- If 2FA is enabled, enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app and click Continue. See the 2FA section below for details. If not enabled, skip this step.
- Click Log in.
Google Authentication
Duro can be accessed via signing in with Google account information.
- Navigate to the Duro Login page.
- Select Sign in with Google.
- If 2FA is enabled, enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app and click Continue. For details, see the 2FA section below. If not enabled, skip this step.
- In the next window, choose which Google account to sign in with.
SSO
Duro offers single sign-on (SSO) capability through your company’s existing SSO. If your organization chooses to implement SSO, that will be the only option for all users of your organization to sign in to Duro.
Follow the directions below to sign in via SSO:
- Navigate to the Duro Login page.
- Select SSO.
- Enter your organization's name and click Continue.
- You will then be rerouted through the SSO method your company has preselected. Follow the onscreen instructions and prompts.
- You will then be signed into the Duro web app.
For instructions on enabling SSO for your company, please refer to our SSO (SAML) article.
Note: This is configured on initial setup and an Administrator must set up a company domain before this feature is available to your organization.
