Objective: To walk Duro users through the process of setting up your integration with Jira.
Difficulty: Easy
In this article:
Duro's integration with Jira prioritizes simplicity, control, and choice for customers, not only simplifying workflows but also centralizing project updates in one place.
Overview
Duro’s integration with Jira helps Duro users centralize project updates by linking Jira tickets to Change Orders in Duro. Instead of manually managing data in two places, users can connect an existing Jira ticket to a Change Order during the approval process. This keeps engineering and project management teams aligned without duplicating effort.
Setting up this integration is straightforward and requires no coding, making it accessible for all technical levels. With just a few clicks, administrators can activate the feature, allowing teams to focus more on project execution and less on administrative tasks.
For more information on the value that our integrations have to offer, please refer to our blog, Duro’s Innovative Approach to Product Integrations.
Prerequisite
To proceed with configuring Jira integrations, please note that only administrators can enable the integration. This setup requires granting Prismatic secure access through OAuth, which is exclusively managed by users with administrative privileges to your Jira account. If you don't have access to this, please reach out to our support team to gain access.
