Email Notification
- In Prismatic, go to the Error Email Recipients field.
- Add the email address of the recipient into the field.
- [Optional] Click “Add Value” to create a new field.
- Add an additional email address(es) into the new field(s).
- Add an additional email address(es) into the new field(s).

✅ Click “Finish” – You're All Set!
With this step complete, your Duro-to-NetSuite integration is live and equipped with error monitoring safeguards. If an issue arises, your designated contacts will be notified immediately to take action.

[Post Setup] Searching Failed Executions
- In Prismatic, go to the “Instances” tab.
- Open up the NetSuite integration instance
- Click the “Executions” tab.
- In the top right corner, click “Filter”.
- In “Status” select the relevant statuses;
- Likely “None” or “Failed” to search for failures.
- In “Time Range” select the relevant time frame of the search;
- Likely “Past 24 Hours”.
- In “Flow Selector” select the relevant flows;
- Likely “None” to get started.
- Search the Failed Executions for the root cause.
