Objective: To begin the initial steps in setting up the integration between Duro and NetSuite.
Difficulty: Easy
In this article:
To ensure accurate syncing between Duro and NetSuite, each Unit of Measure (UoM) used in Duro must be mapped to its corresponding UoM in NetSuite. This mapping relies on NetSuite Internal IDs, which must be enabled and visible in your NetSuite account. This step guides you through enabling internal IDs, locating the correct values, and completing the UoM mapping inside the Duro integration wizard.
