Objective: To begin the initial steps in setting up the integration between Duro and NetSuite.

This optional step allows you to map additional Duro fields to custom fields on NetSuite assemblyItem records. This is useful if you maintain extra metadata in Duro—such as lifecycle phase, part type, or sourcing details—that you want passed to NetSuite during item creation or updates.

Additional Field Mapping
- Click “+ Add to”.
- Use the drop down menu to select the desired Duro Field.
- ie. Revision, EID, or Category.
- Use the text field to set the desired NetSuite Field.
- ie. custitem25, custitem26, or custitem27.

Push on Update checkbox
- If unchecked, this will only map upon item creation.
- If checked, this will map upon all item updates via Change Order.

SPECs Field Mapping
- Click “+ Add to”.
- Use the drop down menu to select the desired Tile Type.
- ie. Duro SPEC Tile, or Duro Custom SPEC Tile.
- Use the text field to set the desired Duro SPEC Key.
- ie. Material, Capacitance, or Country of Origin.
- Use the text field to set the desired NetSuite Field.
- ie. custitem25, custitem26, or custitem27.

- If checked, this will map upon all item updates via Change Order.

✅ Click “Next”.
- Now your NetSuite integration is able to map over additional information from Duro!
- Click “Next” in Prismatic.
