The first step in integrating Duro with NetSuite is configuring the connection through Prismatic, Duro’s integration platform. This process includes setting up your Prismatic account and retrieving a webhook URL, which allows Duro to automatically send approved Change Order data to your NetSuite environment. The steps below will walk you through accessing the integration portal, completing the initial setup, and adding the webhook to your Duro instance.

Contact Duro Support
- Use Zendesk to submit a ticket to Duro’s support team to begin the Integration process.
- Duro will provide you with an invite to Prismatic.
- If you already have a Prismatic account, move to the next step.
- Once you’ve Accepted the invite, move on to the next step.

Access the Duro Integration Portal
- Navigate to integrations.durolabs
- Click on the “Instances” tab in the sidebar.
- From the list of instances, select “NetSuite”.
- In the top right corner, click “Reconfigure” to launch the setup wizard.

Initial Configuration
- Integration Version: You will see the latest version of the Integration set for you.

Name: You may name the integration, ‘NetSuite’ is the default
- If this is for a Sandbox environment, name it ‘NetSuite Sandbox’.

Description: [Optional] You may give a description to the integration.

Adding your webhook to Duro [Skippable]
If you follow the instructions, the integration will automatically add this to Duro for you at the end of the setup. If this does not populate, you may follow these instruction and/or contact Duro Support.
- Click “Trigger Details.”
- Copy the Webhook URL provided.
- Tip: Use the clipboard icon to copy it quickly and accurately.
- In a new tab, open your Duro instance [MFG], [EU], [ITAR].
- Click on your avatar (top right) and go to Account Settings.
- In the left-hand menu, select “Webhooks.”
- If webhooks already exist, you’ll see them listed here.
- Click “Add Webhook.”
- Paste the Webhook URL you copied from the integration portal.
- Name the webhook (‘NetSuite Integration’ works)
Set the Event type to ‘Change Order Approved’ only.
Ensure to check the ‘Include all Components and Products data’ box

✅ Click “Next”.
- Now you're ready to start setting up the integration between Prismatic and NetSuite!
- Click next in Prismatic.
