The Mission Control Center is a central location in which you can submit feature requests, ask questions with fellow Duronauts, and learn more about the Duro Universe.

Mission Statement

Our mission statement at Duro is to deliver a single source of truth for all your product-related data. Our strategy is to make your job simpler and your company easier to manage. To that end, the Duro Community was founded to foster a PLM-centered platform for you to ask questions, find answers, and gather resources. This is where you can share feedback, communicate with like-minded professionals, and learn from peers and experts alike. Your contributions are welcomed, and we value your input. 

Who We Are

The Duro team is built with real people, and we want that authenticity to be communicated through the screen. Our voice, our tone, and our point of view are all ways in which we hope to connect with you as our clients, and with written language we aim to remain true to our brand. In the same way, we hope that our clients will maintain professionalism and a voice consistent with our code of conduct.

Code of Conduct

In order to create a safe and professional environment for everyone to collaborate in, we have just a few guidelines our community members have to follow. 

These are the things we will not tolerate on our platform:

• Harassment
• Personal attacks
• Trolling
• Bullying
• Spam
• Plagiarism
• Use of profanity
• Threatening language
• Phishing for information
• Support of illegal activities
• Exploitation or solicitation
• Violating others' privacy rights
• Sharing confidential information
• Spreading misinformation or lies
• Racism, sexism and any other form of discrimination

Please do not post content or links supporting any of the above information. We want everyone to feel included and supported in our community. To that end, Duro reserves the right to remove inappropriate content or ban those who do not follow our guidelines.
