How to create an account for our Help Center
- Navigate to the Duro Help Center.
- Click on Sign In to the left of the hamburger menu.
- In the Sign into Duro Labs module that populates, click on Sign Up.
- Enter your full name and email address.
- Click on Sign Up.

You’ll receive a link to set a password for your account from support@duro.zendesk.com at the email address you listed in the sign up module.

To validate your new account, open the support email. If you don’t find the email in your inbox, check your spam folder.
- Click on the Create a password link within the email.
- You will be prompted to set a password for your account. For security reasons, your password must meet the following criteria:
- Must be at least 6 characters.
- Must be fewer than 128 characters.
- Must be different from email address.
- Must include letters in mixed case and numbers.
- Must include a character that is not a letter or number.
