Approver List / Notification List - Templates

When creating a Change Order within Duro, the current design is a little confusing.

As it stands, the Templates allow you to save and automatically add to the Approvers List and Notification List. This can be useful to not need to manually add people every time.

However, this can cause 2 minor hiccups. 

1) The two lists are on separate tabs, but are effected at the same time. So applying a template when looking at 1 tab might impact the other without the user being aware. This can be more jarring when a tab to the left (Approvers List) is impact when working on the tab to the right (Notification List). This feels counter intuitive for the 'Waterfall' workflow. Some notification as to the changes being made would be welcome.
 - Perhaps a popup window alerting the user? This would allow the user to 'Accept' or 'Cancel' the changes.

2) When a template is selected first, you may then add or remove people manually to/from the Approvers List and Notification List as expected. This works great.

However, when you first manually add or remove people to/from the Approvers List and Notification List THEN apply a template, the previously set work is deleted. [please see point 1]. It would perhaps be more intuitive to allow template to add onto the manually changed list rather than replace them. 

3) Perhaps a better way to resolve this in a more streamlined, 'waterfall' like format would be to have templates added in a tab prior to (to the left of) the Approvers List and Notification List. Mandating the template to be added first would remove the need to warn of changes and would make it impossible to impact a tab to the left of, 'up the waterfall', from where you are working.
