Approving an ECO that someone else approves loses your approval comment

If someone has approved an ECO while I have the page open and I write out a reviewer comment then the comment gets thrown away and I have to rewrite it since Duro refreshes the page.

It also redirects me back to the home page of Duro instead of back to the ECO so I have to go find it again and retype my comment.
