Way to reject an approved ECO

We just got stuck in a situation where we had three approvers on an ECO and two of them approved it. We then discovered an error that needed the ECO to be put back into draft status to fix it. Unfortunately those that already approved can't reject the ECO to go back to draft and the third person was out so we were stuck. The workaround was to close the ECO and then re-create it but that was a lot of extra work.

This could either take the form of a "Revert approval" button that would reject it or another option on the close button that would put the ECO into draft instead of making it dead.
