Toggle select to change state to already added items in an ECO

Duro has the capability to toggle select parts and change states of those (and child) parts when entering parts into an ECO. However, once the parts have been added, the user needs to individually select and change all lower state parts individually. Painful.

  Hi Ryan, thanks for your feedback on this. Fortunately, we already have a feature in place that enables users to update the status of children components in bulk so that these do not have to be changed individually. Please follow the directions below to do so. I also created this video of the process for additional help. 

  1. Navigate to your ECO. 
  2. Mark the box for Include all children components.
  3. Select all children components from the Assembly Table. 
  4. Click on the Update Status button in the toolbar of the Assembly Table.
  5. This will populate the "Confirm Status Change" module. Select the desired lifecycle status from the Bulk Actions dropdown list. 
  6. Click Apply to bulk update the status of all children components.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Submit the ECO. 
  9. Approve the ECO.
