Ability to add links directly to component pages in Duro.

It would be nice to have some place in Duro to add links to items on component pages. It might even be nice to be able to add multiple links directly for a single component page. This could take the form of a "Links" tab next to the files/documents tab or the ability to add additional character-unlimited EID fields to a single product page. The feature would also be nice to have on COs.
