Clear visibility on CAD vs non-CAD parts in web browser

1. Make it easier to distinguish what parts are directly linked to CAD. At the moment, you need to click into parts individually to see "Solidworks PDM" icon, or be editing an assembly to see the plugin icon at the left of table. Would be good to go to Components list, or an Assembly, and see a CAD icon visible as a column field.

2. Secondly, parts that originate in web browser and are connected to Solidworks plugin afterwards do not get the "Solidworks PDM" icon appearing for that part in web browser, despite being connected to CAD. Please fix this.
