Add "CC" field to Helpdesk ticket form
CompletedRequest is to add a "CC" field to the submit a duro helpdesk ticket.
This would allow other users in my organization to
- follow along with status updates on the troubleshooting process.
- chime in when they have valuable information/examples of when they also experience the same bug
- keep the ticket moving in the event that the primary bug reporter is out of office.

Hi Fredrik,
Thank you for your feedback! This feature is available now as long as you are signed into the Duro Help Center (Zendesk).
If you are not signed in, the support ticket form will ask you for your email only but you can navigate to your requests and add cc's. Team members can also view all tickets by going to Duro's Help Center, navigating to your avatar and selecting Requests. From there you can navigate to Requests I'm cc'd on to view all.
