Filter by Modified status

Have a way to filter to "any components in modified state" so that you can either quickly generate COs, or do a CO that rolls up all (or a series of) modified parts.

Example for context: Procurement team spends a day going through components updating Sourcing info across a range of parts. Rather than dozens of piecemeal COs on say price or lead time changes, if you could roll all the Procurement updates into a single CO and review them all/approve in one go, that would be helpful.

Additionally, it's also helpful for simply checking for anything that might be in a modified state that's slipped through the cracks and hasn't been pushed out to new Rev.
