Change Order owner reassignment/deligation

It would be helpful for another user other than the change order originator to be able to submit a Change Order for approval.  Is it possible to add the ability to transfer Change Order ownership to another user?

  Thank you for your feedback. Just to confirm, are you referencing a CO that is in a draft state? Can you explain a little more about the process for the person creating versus the person approving?

  Yes, a colleague of mine wanted to reassign ownership of a CO he was working on while he's out on vacation.  Submittal of the CO is contingent on a few things due to occur while he's out but we don't want to have to wait till he returns to have the CO submitted.
