Add Modified component to existing change order from component's page

The ability to create a change order containing the part you are currently viewing is a fast and easy way to allow for getting it into a CO, but if there is already a change order, the only way to add it is from the CO screen. This feature request is to be able to add a modified component from the view where you can tell that it's modified (because of the red triangle) and take an action to add it to either a new or existing change order (instead of just a new, or reverting it)
