Formatting in ECO descriptions

It can be difficult to cleanly and quickly communicate information in ECO descriptions at the current moment since formatting is not supported. It would be very useful to have the ability to do some simple formatting, including bullet points, bolding, italics, and hyperlinks.

  This is a great UI enhancement opportunity. We are actively revamping our web client user interface with a cleaner and more modern UI. This includes the opportunity to offer text formatting options (bullets, bold, italic, etc.) to large text blocks.

  The first wave of UI enhancements has been focused on the tables which are a common element throughout the Duro application. The improvements to the tables include faster load times, better pagination, and more filtering options.

  Future updates to the application UI include enhancements to text fields, as mentioned in this feature request.

  +1 for this.  Regardless of the carriage returns or formatting in the submitted Change Order, the notification email strips the white space and smashes all the text in the "Description" field together.

  +1 for bullets, numbering, links other formatting. Ideally similar to the formatting options available here. The stretch goal would be embedded imagery (like a jira ticket) not just in the attachments tab.
