Ability to Rename Uploaded Documents

As far as I can tell, the only way to rename an uploaded document for a given component is to download the document, rename it locally, remove the original from Duro, and then upload the renamed document. I wish we could just rename the document in Duro directly!

  +1 to this proposal.
  
  In addition, the proposal should also encompass the ability to "update" documents, as the only current way is 
  A) delete document B) upload new document C) manually change revision
