ECO Rejection Comment

When an ECO is rejected, the email that is generated does not include the rejection comment. It would be helpful to all who receive the rejection email to know why. Please look into adding that information to the email.

  Hi Melody and Ani, thank you for the suggestion. It fits well with the other change order enhancements we are getting.  I am working with the development team to understand what changes would be need for this and if there is anything that could potentially be added to the new Slack add-in that we are working on.
