Objective: To find, select, and combine Change Orders faster.
Difficulty: Easy
In this article:
Duro has a set of predefined filters that allow you to quickly and easily find Change Orders that meet any criteria. Users find this helpful for quickly searching for Change Orders that are awaiting their approval, have been open for a while, or have even recently been closed.
Available Filters
- My Change Order: shows only the Change Orders that you have created.
- Needs My Approval: shows all Change Orders that you have been included as an approver.
- Approved by Me: shows all the Change Orders that you have previously approved.
- Rejected by Me: shows all the Change Orders that you have previously rejected.
- All Open: shows all open Change Orders.
- All Closed: shows all closed Change Orders.
- All Approved: shows all approved Change Orders.
- All Rejected: shows all rejected Change Orders.
Selecting filters
To apply one or more filters to the Change Order table, simply start by selecting the “Filter” icon at the top of the table. A window will display all the available filters with checkboxes next to each. Select one or more checkboxes to activate the filter. To remove an applied filter, simply select the green checkbox next to it.
As filters are added or removed, the results in the table will automatically update to only show Change Orders that meet the selected filter criteria.
Combining filters
You can further refine the displayed list of Change Orders by choosing a combination of filters. For example, if you would like to see all of your closed Change Orders, you would select My Change Orders as well as All Closed. Conversely, if you wanted to see all open Change Orders that have been rejected, you would choose the All Open and All Rejected filter options.
When more than one filter is active at a time, their criteria are logically AND'ed together to define the new criteria.
